A relaxed, unassuming friendly dinning experience, no need to book in advance, all day we will have freshly prepared, appetising culinary platters in preparation for you to enjoy.
The Highwayman’s Haunt is a Social Hub, where we create great food! A mix of traditional British and Chef inspired daily specials, to be washed down with good Ales and a carefully selected wine list.
All our food is prepared fresh to order, using, wherever possible local food producers and suppliers. The specials board will change daily, keeping in tune with seasonal availability, whilst promoting our chefs skills and cooking preferences. The fish we use is locally caught as ethically sustainable as possible, being delivered to our kitchen daily.
Our signature platters are the ‘Dutch Boards’, these are great for a pre-dinner appetiser or as a picky sharing snack, whilst enjoying a drink with friends.
